had seen these on last trip to paris, beautifully covered skulls using various feathers the patterns seem out of this world. you realize how each feather had to be figured out using the patterns and light and dark to create depth and shadow. quite nice if you can live with a skull sitting next to your bed.  the artist’s clodette skull piece; currently on display at the bizarro in the saint germain exhibition in paris, through october 30th. by dd
