you’d be happy to know that good ol’ drobo still works with apple computers running ventura (osx 13.7.5). we have multiple 27″ imac networked using gigabit ethernet with one iMac connected to the drobo. this is not recommended, but if you are mindful it can work. what you dont want to do is work off files on your drobo. but if you are copying files off the drobo and then locally working on each imac this is a good way to “network a drobo” even though drobo is not designed to be a NAS or be shared on a network. its really a attached large HD. what is great is that the drobo dashboard still works on the mac s running osx venturea 13.7.5. It may continue to work on upgrades but that is to be seen. There is nothing out there from QNAP to terramaster to synology, non is as easy to use, elegant, and bullet proof as the mighty drobo. can some one please buy the company and restart it please so we can all get off the cloud spy system. by uh
