benito mussolini poster from the exhibit on fascism in NYC titled “the future was then”

benito mussolini repeatedly used the phrase “make italy great again” and the 3rd rise of the roman empire… great documentary! if un-available click here

the assassination attempt on mussolini (L) left him with a nose bandage, and trump with an ear bandage

raving lunatic mode….

pompous baffone mode….

the similarities are just uncanny… benito mussolini: the world’s first fascist is a historical documentary about mussolini’s rise from political outsider to dictator of italy. using archival footage and interviews with historians and people who witnessed the era, it examines how he built support by promising national greatness, used violence and propaganda to weaken democracy, and created a fascist model that influenced other dictators, including adolf hitler. the film also explores the consequences of mussolini’s rule and italy’s alliance with nazi germany. by ts
