machine learning (incorrectly referred to as artificial intelligence) is like a child.

the base is built by parents (the programmer) and as it grows (ages) it builds on that base. it makes mistakes and it learns from it, just like a child. so if the parents are white supremacists, more than likely the child grows to become one.
