amazing show: maurizio cattelan at the guggenheim

the maurizio cattelan show at the guggenheim is a must see. its fantastical, whimsical and  imaginative to say the least; not to mention its unconventional display that can only have been done at the guggenheim. this was despite all the nay-sayers who criticize the museum for its less than ideal space for art work. case and point. lucky for us kl used her VIP access and got us in without the wait, and for free. you can’t go wrong there. by dd

paolo roversi – nudi

i owned this book at some point in my life but i guess the pictures inside as well as the money you need to spare to buy it make this book the perfect target for librarylifting. so among others, beautiful shots of kate, shalom and audrey in no other cloth than their own skin. by pp.

and another: on guns and books

this is becoming a series it seems, J.D. Salinger.

disclaimer: books are good things. guns are terrible things. we are not suporters of NRA nor easy access to guns but we do support responsible hunting of birds and animals that one eats after and wears their fur… or decorates their hair with feathers… by dd
